Business FunctionGlobal Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.Key Responsibilities

• MtJ Group Program Manager to orchestrate implementation of MtJ elements, drive performance cell strategy and track progress and outcomes
• Coordinate with local MtJ PC coordinators to ensure regional alignment and drive PC updates at Transformation and Business forums
• Stay ahead of technological innovations to drive the bank\'s digital trade strategy across the Group. Conceptualise and bring to market new leading-edge solutions

• Lead transformational change to the delivery of trade products through digital channels to enhance customer experience and improvement to bank\'s trade offering and internal processes, drive business growth, reduce costs and mitigate risks

• Identify and commercialise platform and ecosystem partnerships to acquire new business streams and improve trade product propositions

• Collaborate with external stakeholders to tackle industry challenges through digitalisation to aid industry resilience and grow trade ecosystem

• Lead engagement and amplify digital capabilities with in-country teams, Sales and Relationship Managers to propagate expertise, grow digital utilisation and revenue growth

• Work closely with functional stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Compliance, Credit, Operations, Tech) to deliver and operationalise new digital capabilities/processes as well as proactively manage product / digital capability risks

• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant working experience. Proficiency in Trade Finance products with relevant experience in product and project management.
• Experience in driving digital adoption, platforms or ecosystem partnerships

• Good understanding of trade finance products and digitalisation

• Experience working with cross-functional teams across geographies

• Ability to conceptualize and execute strategic product initiatives independently

• Acumen to identify business and technological trends and apply it to real-world problems

• Exceptional analytical and project management skills with data-driven approach to drive business growth

• Focused and tenacious individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and possess curious mindset to challenge status quo

• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
