Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to provide expert HR support and assist in manpower resourcing
Play the role of advisor on statutory and company policies to the business partners
Partner with the business heads to provide human resource solutions and services to facilitate effective and efficient business operations.
Be the contact point for all HR services and provide effective HR related solutions to the business partners, drawing expertise from the HR centres of excellence
JOB REQUIREMENT
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good team player as well as able to work independently
A recognised degree with at least 8 years of HR business partnering experience, preferably in a large, dynamic and fast-paced organisation.
Numerate and analytical, meticulous and disciplined
Sound knowledge of HR legislation, practices, procedures and operations.
