We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Investment professional to join our team in Singapore, focusing on the regional real estate market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing investment opportunities, conducting market research, and contributing to the strategic growth of our real estate portfolio in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis of the regional real estate sector, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Stay informed about economic, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact the real estate market.

Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
- Identify and assess potential investment opportunities in commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors in the region.
- Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessments to evaluate the viability of investment projects.

Investment Strategy:
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company\'s overall objectives and risk tolerance.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company\'s real estate investment strategy in the region.

Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, brokers, and other industry professionals in the regional real estate market.

Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring processes, working closely with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure favorable terms and successful execution.

Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the performance of the real estate portfolio in the region, monitoring key metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize returns and mitigate risks.

Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights into the regional real estate market and portfolio performance.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate investment management, with a focus on the regional developed market.
- Strong understanding of commercial,and multi-family real estate sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully executing real estate transactions and managing investment portfolios.
- Solid financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and market dynamics in the regional real estate sector.
- Ability to travel as needed.
