Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Supporting the Corporate Banking domain (Supply Chain/Trade Finance, Cash Management etc) to develop and nurture the Bank’s digital transformation agenda and strengthen business competitiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and co-create Fintech solutions and partnerships, with a clear value proposition, integration models and technology compatibility assessment within set timelines
- Facilitate Proof of Concept (POC) to validate proposed solutions to manage downside risks and encourage fast adoption
- Promote bank-wide usage of FinTech Solutions through constant engagement with Business and Technology teams
- Source for potential Fintech partnership opportunities
- Support overall strategy and roadmap for Fintech partnership
- Strong product and business analysis experience in domains such as Supply Chain/Trade Finance, Cash Management etc.
- Deep understanding or interests in FinTech, emerging technology trends and market needs
- Experience in Financial Services with a focus on digital transformation and innovation
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, internal and/or external
- Able to lead, manage or influence others to achieve desired objectives &/or deliverables
- Able to provide creative or alternative solutions to address business problems and achieve desired outcome
