Business Function Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• To manage a team of 8 to 10 KYC Analysts in completing Customer Due Diligence Reviews (CDD Reviews) on existing customers in a timely manner.
• To actively manage the team by providing guidance on risk assessments of the CDD Reviews and to exercise risk calls where appropriate.
• To provide AML advisory and guidance to the KYC Analysts for more complex CDD Reviews such as where high-risk customers are involved and where enhanced due diligence is required.
• To escalate potential AML/CFT risk concerns to the right party for a timely resolution.
• To track and monitor progress of the CDD Review cases and to provide guidance to the KYC Analysts to move the cases towards completion.
• To work closely with stakeholders, such as IBG RMs and Compliance, in completing the CDD Reviews in a timely manner.
• To actively manage the KYC Analysts for stronger performance.
• To actively identify areas for improvement for better operational efficiency and AML effectiveness.

Requirements

• A degree holder.
• Have minimum 6 years of AMLKYC experience, preferably have experience in leading teams.
• Experience in handling CDD Reviews for SME customers is a plus.
• Able to work with high volume of CDD Reviews.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and keep within the timeline.
• Able to work with stakeholders across the different functions.
• Have an interest to develop people.
• Have an interest in process/workflow improvements.
