Key responsibilities

• Handle loan disbursements, treasury trades, and sales/purchase transactions, and assist with account setup in the payment system.
• Monitor payments, follow up on overdue ones, and ensure timely resolution.
• Record loan details, schedules, and cashflows, and work with Transaction Administrators to manage settlements.
• Work with banks, custodians, and internal teams to resolve any payment or settlement issues.
• Assist with system testing, process improvements, and participate in projects and other tasks.

• A Diploma/ Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations and settlements, ideally with knowledge of loans, bonds, deposits, remittances and treasury products.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trade lifecycles, and settlement processes.
• Familiarity with SWIFT, trade settlement platforms like DTCC.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with various stakeholders.
