If you believe in a future of fair financial markets, just like we do, we\'ve been waiting for you at ADDX.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Keeping abreast with relevant regulatory requirements and assess the impact of changes in regulations on the business;\xc2\xb7 Assist in interpreting and advising on regulatory obligations and compliance requirements associated with current and proposed business activities and products;\xc2\xb7 Prepare periodic regulatory reporting and collate responses for MAS queries\xc2\xb7 Review marketing materials to ensure compliance with advertising restrictions\xc2\xb7 Draft, review, update and implement compliance policies and procedures\xc2\xb7 Assist in internal and external audits\xc2\xb7 Act as the second line of defence in assessing controls and remediating deficiencies identified\xc2\xb7 Review listing applications for completeness and compliance with ADDX listing rules\xc2\xb7 Review and investigate non-compliance with listing rules, report and escalate to senior management and assist in disciplinary actions for breaches of rulesSkills, Knowledge and/or Certifications:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a related field (eg: Banking, Finance, Business).\xc2\xb7 4 to 6 years in compliance, audit or other control function experience in financial institutions\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the Singapore Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisory Act\xc2\xb7 Familiar with financial products terms and definitions\xc2\xb7 Good oral and written communication skills\xc2\xb7 Takes ownership of tasks assigned and is detail oriented\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage expectations and competing priorities and follow up proactively on issues\xc2\xb7 Good analytical skills and ability to exercise judgement\xc2\xb7 Inquisitive and able to work independently with various stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Strong team player, able to coordinate and seek information from different team mates\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritise work and have a positive, hands-on, \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitudeDue to our limited capacity, we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
