Job Purpose\xc2\xb7 Responsible for leading and managing sustainability reporting across Great Eastern Holdings (GEH)\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the team, key stakeholders and the Sustainability Taskforce to support GEH\xe2\x80\x99s Sustainability Strategy\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a comprehensive understanding of ESG principles, while driving adoption of international guidelines and standard within the Group.The Job\xc2\xb7 Lead for GEH\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability reporting. This includes reporting and verifying of sustainability data, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and ensuring that ESG material factors are relevant to GEH amidst the changing business landscape\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the team and key stakeholders to deliver on GEH\xe2\x80\x99s Sustainability Strategy and support the Sustainability Taskforce\xc2\xb7 Keeping up to date with the latest developments and best practices in sustainability impact measurement, reporting and disclosures\xc2\xb7 Ensure accurate data and disclosure, and maintain documentation of processes and methodologies around data collection, ESG metrics/indicators and calculation methodologies\xc2\xb7 Collating and analyzing data to generate insights related to GEH\xe2\x80\x99s ESG performance and impact\xc2\xb7 Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure consistency in implementation and compliance with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability-related frameworks and policies\xc2\xb7 Prepare necessary reports/presentations to senior management and Board\xc2\xb7 Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks\xc2\xb7 Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company\xc2\xb7 Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.\xc2\xb7 Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as necessary from time to timeQualificationsOur Requirements\xc2\xb7 University degree\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ESG reporting, data monitoring and evaluation, sustainability audits or ESG risk analysis\xc2\xb7 Familiar with ESG disclosure requirements and reporting frameworks, social impact measurement, and carbon footprint accounting\xc2\xb7 Strong ability to source, manage and analyse data\xc2\xb7 Able to design clear and impactful graphical visualisations to communicate data insights\xc2\xb7 Strong and clear communication and presentation skills\xc2\xb7 Experience in financial institutions is a bonus\xc2\xb7 Team player with high level of integrity and accountability\xc2\xb7 High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.\xc2\xb7 Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changesAbout Great EasternEstablished in 1908, Great Eastern places customers at the heart of everything we do.
