Job Description
Our client is a leading global bank, looking for an Operational Risk professional to join their Global Banking team in Singapore at AVP level.
In the 2nd line of defence, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the control framework within APAC, global risk initiatives and risk committees
- Advising 1st LOD on the extension of ORM framework to ensure compliance with bank's guidelines
- Establish 2nd level control plan and oversee the risk treatment processes
- Conducting independent risk assessment and testing, provide risk reporting and verify risk identification
- Leading risk forums and committees, identify emerging opportunities to improve the processes
- Min. Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5-7 years' operational risk experience in the banking industry, preferably with knowledge of Global Banking products
- Team player, detail oriented and ability to work on tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
