About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively drive and improve the IPL business
• Evaluate and ensure profitability of IPL portfolio
• Initiate new ideas and plans for the benefit of the business
• Responsible for IPL PRD renewal
• Handle pricing matters and product development
• Oversee end to end process improvement.
• Work closely with colleagues from other departments for smooth execution of product and / or process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience
• Must be an intrapreneur
• Possess strong communication and good written skills
• Confidence and ability to interact and negotiate with people at all level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Data Analysis
• A team player and self starter with a dedication and commitment to provide quality performance and speed on execution.
• Self driven and resourceful with an ability to work independently
