We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our SME Banking at OCBC Bank Singapore. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving the growth of our Equipment Financing, Insurance Financing, and Sustainable Financing products within the SME banking segment. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the SME banking landscape.What you do1. Product Strategy and Development:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Equipment Financing, Insurance Financing, and Sustainable Financing in line with the bank\'s overall SME banking objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities for product enhancement or development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless product implementation and delivery.

2. Product Performance and Growth:

• Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, including profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and drive product growth.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Work closely with sales teams to provide product training and support, enabling them to effectively promote and sell the product to SME customers.

3. Risk Management and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in product development, pricing, and sales processes.
• Collaborate with credit and risk teams to assess and manage the credit risk associated with the product portfolio.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and market trends related to Equipment financing, Insurance Financing, and Sustainable Financing, and proactively adapt product strategies and processes as necessary.

QualificationsWho you are

• Tertiary education with minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in SME Banking and/or Product Management
• Able to communicate ideas and views eloquently in presentation and writing
• Strategic thinker yet detailed oriented. Able to distil insights from data.
• Self-motivated & takes initiative, do not shy away from the hard stuff
• Possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute strategic product initiatives
• Empathy for customers / business owners
