In Group Ops, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Treasury & Markets offers a broad range of capabilities ranging from trading, structuring and sales in FX, interest rates, money market, credit, equity, commodities, derivatives and securities. Treasury & Markets Operations (TMO) operates as a Regional Process Center (Hub & Spoke) supporting T&M businesses in the region. TMO Data & Analytics team (DnA) is a dynamic team focusing on data related functions where we believe we can use data to resolve TMO\'s challenges as well as challenging status quo.Responsibilities

• This role involves working closely with the business subject matter experts to understand problem, propose and execute solution using existing database
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to assess business needs, identify gaps and opportunities across Treasury and Market Operations (TMO) teams.
• Formulate, design and build solutions by developing scripts based on the gaps and opportunities identified from TMO teams
• Be instrumental in the business and process analysis, leading to design and developing solutions
• Work closely with IT department on deployment process
• Design and implement proper governance within the team on comprehensive documentation,
• Drive continuous improvement to improve turnaround time on solution provision life cycle
• Involved in providing ad hoc analysis to uncover insights and opportunities

Requirements

• University degree with min. 8 years relevant working experience
• Proven ability in structured problem solving, process improvement, data-driven analysis and deriving actionable outcome with large dataset
• Experience in Python and SQL is a must.
• Experience in bank operations in Treasury preferred but not compulsory.
• Excellent communications skill, able to engage stakeholders across levels. Proven ability in business analysis and problem solving
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
