In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job ObjectiveDBS Bank is looking for a seasoned Project Manager with experience working on enterprise level applications and IT operations to drive the Tier-2 Observability BAU operations and to manage new projects in this space. Tier-2 Observability is to provide situational awareness across DBS critical journeys.Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders, management, and engineers to deliver projects.
• Work with stakeholders, management, and engineers to ensure health and effectiveness of the observability operations (which includes Tier-2 observability).
• Perform continuous improvement of the project management and operations processes.
• Ensure compliance to standards and process.

Requirements

• You should be a university graduate (computer science or related field) with good experience managing IT projects and/or IT operations.
• Experience in delivering Enterprise IT projects.
• Experience running matrixed project and collaboration teams towards a common objective.
• Experience in performing business analysis, facilitate stakeholder workshops and perform stakeholder management.
• Experience in agile scrum / Kanban framework and project management methodologies.
• Experience in the Monitoring, Observability, ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change) domains.
• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile/Scrum, Kanban), ITIL would be a plus.
• Functional / Technical Competencies

• Excellent project management skillset \xe2\x80\x93 planning, scheduling, issue and risk management, stakeholder management and negotiations
• Good working knowledge and experience using JIRA, Confluence and various project management and collaboration tools.
• Excellent data analysis skills in performing data-driven service, process and performance improvements and troubleshooting.
• Good working knowledge of business, architecture, infrastructure and application monitoring and observability.
• Good business analysis skillset and the ability to facilitate workshops.
