This is an exciting opportunity to join us as an AVP - Regulatory Reporting Transformation. You will play a critical role in interpreting and applying complex laws, rules, and regulations that govern regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions in the Asia-Pacific region. You will ensure that regulatory requirements are accurately reflected in operational processes and technology solutions.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
Support the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of data controls and testing frameworks to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory reporting (e.g. Hong Kong Disclosure of Interests)
Maintain strong data lineage and traceability, leveraging automation where possible
Execute comprehensive testing (UAT, production parallel, post release) to validate reporting capabilities and control effectiveness as well as regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- including Technology, Compliance, and Legal to deliver sustainable, audit-ready solutions
Contribute to the production of management information and help maintain audit-ready documentation

To be successful for the role, candidates should possess the following skills or experience:
Knowledge and understanding of financial services laws, rules, and regulations
Knowledge of the project management lifecycle and able to deliver change in a large organization
Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners across multiple functions as well as corporate grades
Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, and organized
