Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.We are looking for a committed, detailed and results-driven professional to manage SDLC controls and processes as well as support in the development and maintenance of SDLC policy documents including standards and guides.Key AccountabilitiesTo oversee, optimize and enhance SDLC controls and processes to ensure applications developed by the bank adhere to established standards and processes, driving efficiency, quality and compliance throughout the development lifecycle. Research, write, edit, and proofread process details for use in documents or sections of documents such as standard, guides to provide clients with information analysed for process, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements. Responsible to ensure all process assets are kept current, consistent, and accurate reflecting changes in technology and business needs.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust SDLC processes and standards across the bank.
  • Conduct regular control reviews of SDLC processes to identify areas for improvements.
  • Implement automation around control requirements, monitoring and enforcement where possible.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance SDLC efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work with internal/external teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the process and documentation requirements.
  • Create and maintain the information architecture.
  • Produce high-quality auditable documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Analyse technical concepts and make them easy-to-understand standards and guides.
  • Review process and playbook documentation.
  • Drive policy and process matters to support initiatives and activities.
Requirements
  • A Degree with at least 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in policy drafting, process & management
  • Proven work experience as a Policy or Technical Writer with in-depth understanding of SDLC principles and compliance standard
  • Proficiency in SDLC tools and technologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Experience in coding or software development preferable
  • Strong understanding of IT related policies and processes, knowledge of Bank\xe2\x80\x99s or related policies/processes will be an advantage
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Independent, self-driven, self-motivated, and a team player and able to work collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a good sense of the business environment and attention to details
  • Candidates with regulatory requirements experience will be an advantage
