Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Process daily Central Provident Fund Investment Scheme (CPFIS) and Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) trades timely and accurately
• Liaise with Product Providers on trade matters
• Process and maintain account that include portfolio fees, standing instruction set-up counter code creation and account closure
• Process refund of funds to Ordinary account
• Process withdrawal and closure of retiree accounts
• Process estate account withdrawal and closure
• Process update of account transfer between the Agent Banks
• Ensure reconciliation breaks or exceptions of general ledgers and portfolio holdings are investigated and resolved within the service level agreement
• Manage and provide timely response to queries
• Support initiatives or projects as per assigned

Requirements

• Degree Holder with minimum 5 years of related banking product experience
• Preferably with prior team lead experience, exhibit good people management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good in interpersonal and problem-solving skills
