Technology Group
We experiment, design, and lead a 24xc3x977 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. We deliver secure, reliable, and integrated solutions, and provide insights on new, and emerging technologies.
Service Integration and Management
You will help to deliver excellent end-user experiences and provide high quality support across our staff in 11 global offices

What will you do as a Software Engineer (Service Integration and Management)?Develop and maintain software applications to optimize ITSM operations

• Deliver new features and enhancements to existing ITSM systems
• Plan and manage the technical tasks and schedules to ensure delivery throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop strategies that meet their requirements
• Promote technology best practices and coding standards across the team

What makes you a successful candidate?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development and delivery
• Proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Python, Typescript, or C#
• Full stack experience is required, preferably in React.js and Node.js
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server
• Having completed at least one full software project/product lifecycle from beginning to end is highly desired
• Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP is desired
• Experience with Agile and TDD methodologies is advantageous
• Excellent presentation, communication (oral and written), and relationship-building skills across all levels of management
