• Perform SOW due diligence and reviews on triggered cases in accordance to the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s policies and standards
• Lead and manage a team of highly motivated team of KYC specialists in performing SOW due diligence
• Enrich knowledge of team members by uplifting standards and quality of SOW due diligence performed which will include providing training and guidance
• As a subject matter expert, provide relevant technical expertise to guide RMs in performing SOW due diligence and reviews
• Identify and provide advisory on potential red flags and offer practical solutions and approaches to corroborate SOW
• Increase overall quality of SOW due diligence by ensuring that RMs are trained to understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s background and financial history, assess the strength of corroborative evidence and plausibility of customer\xe2\x80\x99s wealth journey
• Track and complete review cases within stipulated timeline

Requirements

• Strong excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to manage internal & external stakeholders.
• Good Leadership/ Managerial, planning, and organisational skills
• Good PC skills
• Self-motivated team players with good service aptitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements pertaining to KYC / AML example MAS 626.
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Good understanding of SOW and SOF due diligence
