Business Function
Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions - whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.
The bank is also a certified Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for the Singapore Qualification Programme by the Singapore Accountancy Commission and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Approved Employer.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis of Group Flash, Draft Actuals and Actual financials
• Partner closely with Business units / Locations to ensure timely and accurate provision of information for management presentations.
• Ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting and analysis of monthly bonus accruals, and support the annual bonus compensation process with Group HR team
• Partner closely with Group Planning team on the annual Group Scorecard process, ensuring objectivity in assessing the scoring
• Participate in MIS projects to identify new opportunities to streamline / improve productivity, and enriched insights via dashboard enhancements and automation initiatives, where required.

Requirements:
The successful candidate should have strong accounting skills. The preferred candidate should have MIS reporting experience. The candidate must be a clear and confident communicator, and be able to work within a team environment as well as autonomously.
Qualifications / Education:

• Degree in relevant field, preferably Accountancy, Business or Finance
• Qualified Accountant with strong academic background.
• Experience required - FP&A or Finance-related experience in banks, financial institutions, or Big 4 banking audit is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

• Strong MIS reporting skills.
• Strong financial accounting and product knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Experience with SQL, Qilkview, Tableau, Python, Hyperion tools and Essbase is a definite advantage.
