About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Business Banking

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible to achieve employee benefits sales targets assigned to you. You are required to work closely with Relationship Managers to provide employee benefits solutions to SME clients. You shall be involved in marketing events related to bancassurance and ensure completion of the entire bancassurance sales and underwriting process. In addition, you are to ensure adherence to the Bank\'s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements including complying with the FAA and related Acts.

Job Requirements

  • Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Candidates with employees benefit experience is preferred
  • Ability to deliver sales targets and must possess relevant accreditations (Modules 5, 9, HI, BCP & PGI)
  • At least 1 year of insurance sales experience with good knowledge of employee benefits products/ general insurance is preferred
