In your role as a Data Analyst, you will lead and partner Ops strategically in this journey. Your focus will be on ensuring we break new grounds sustainably and create economic impact within Ops.
This will require key partnerships across business, technology, transformation and data chapter teams.Responsibilities: Strategic delivery & Operational Excellence Collaborate and support key functional stakeholders within Technology and Operations to understand business/servicing opportunities. Identify meaningful data insights from customer and system behavioural data and devise the right analytics products and recommendations. Conduct data profiling, analysis and metadata-driven ingestion of structured and unstructured data, adhering to data governance standards. Manage a portfolio of initiatives across Operate and Build effectively taking into consideration the lens of priority, impact, and risk. Drive innovation of both local and regional Data Chapter processes Oversee the measurement, development, and execution of initiatives and workstreams Ensure robust documentation of data processes, standards, best practices and guidelines. Maintains a clear, prioritized backlog aligned with goalsRequirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data analytics and business intelligence Experienced in statistical computer languages Python, Pyspark, Spark SQL, MySQL Strong technical, analytic and problem solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems Great attention to detail Possess technical mindset, and a ?can-do? attitude A team player with good time-management and leadership skills Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and departments. Working level understanding of technology infrastructure of banking systems is preferred. Good understanding of data analytics techniques like predictive, prescriptive, ML and AI.
