Job Description

Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability andinnovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage team daily BAU processes
• Handle Trade Order placement, settlement and Corporate Actions for Hedge/ Alternative Fund Processing
• Process Private Equity capital calls/ distribution and reporting
• Manage on-boarding requests for Funds
• Investigate and follow up on failed trades/ settlement, positions and cash breaks
• Coordinate with Product and/or Business teams and support on any new fund launch or on-boarding requests
• Review processes and identify areas for improvement, change and enhanced risks and controls
• Ensure process and procedure are developed, updated and duly approved by the management
• Comply to all established procedures and regulations
• Participate and support UAT for system enhancements and roll out
• Support and deliver team KPI and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with minimum 5 years of working experience and good product knowledge in Hedge/ Alternative/ Private Equity Funds
• Possess maturity in judgment and strong focus on critical thinking, effective facilitation and influencing
• Have strong risk and control sense
• Team player with pro-active and \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Highly Proficient in MS Office Suites
