In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Summary:The GenAI Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing generative AI models for use in a variety of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Implement generative AI models for use in a variety of applications, and problem solving.\xc2\xb7 Fine tuning LLMs on text,codes(LORA, PEFT).\xc2\xb7 Creating applications/solutions using RAG framework.\xc2\xb7 Creating pipelines to create data indexes, data augmentation, retrieval from LLMs using langchain and llama-index.\xc2\xb7 Creation of Knowledge Bases, storing embeddings into vector databases.\xc2\xb7 Evaluate LLM performances on Hallucination rates.\xc2\xb7 Build and advise teams on creating the guardrails for different use cases/applications.\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in generative AI.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Masters/graduate in computer science, machine learning, data analytics.\xc2\xb7 Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and software engineering (2-4 years of experience).\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience on prompt engineering with different LLM models.\xc2\xb7 Hands on experience on using langchain and llama-index.\xc2\xb7 Developed and deployed different problem/business solutions using data science.\xc2\xb7 Comfortable in coding in Python and Java\xc2\xb7 A highly motivated team player with a strong desire to learn and excel.\xc2\xb7 Thrives in a fast-paced environment, viewing challenges as opportunities.\xc2\xb7 Adaptable to frequent organizational changes.\xc2\xb7 Ready to learn from the team also comfortable in sharing knowledge within the team.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills
