Assist customer from loan application up to disbursement stage (Including submission of cases through Loan Evaluation and Approval System (LEAPS)). Ability to sell a wide range of financial products (set by BU), including Life and General Insurance. Show flats duties and agency networking sessions are required from time to time. Ability to network and build rapport with external stakeholders (property and insurance agents, corporations, professional bodies and other potential referral agents) to support potential sales referrals is a must. Ensure sound control and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements particularly regarding documentation to customer and 3rd parties/business partners. Ability to interact with customer of all levels. Achieve high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.Requirements University Degree in any related field. Minimum 5 years?



experience in a similar sales experience in consumer products or mortgage loans. Ability to network and build rapport with external stakeholders (property and insurance agents, corporations, professional bodies and other potential referral agents or brokers).
