Responsibilities

As part of the home financing solutions team of the World\xe2\x80\x99s Best Bank, you will be working with multiple cross-functional teams across the organization to manage and grow the renovation loan portfolio.

• Design and sharpen the proposition of renovation loan for varying customer segments.
• Develop and implement new product or tactical campaigns to achieve business goals such as new bookings volumes and online channel share.
• Ensure thoughtful customer and employee journeys, leveraging data-driven operating models and human-centered design thinking to re-imagine on-boarding and servicing journey.
• Responsible for target new bookings volumes, portfolio growth, profitability and market share.
• Participate in cross-function team to re-engineer existing processes for greater productivity and cost management.
• Achieve improvement in customer satisfaction score.
• Possess strong appreciation of risk management and regulatory compliance, complying with external regulations and internal requirements.

Requirements

• University graduate or graduate degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience in financial services industry, mortgage loan product experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Resourceful, creative and independent.
• Good communication skills in English, and another language is an advantage.
