Responsibilities

• Develop a schedule to assess training needs.
• Conduct stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 surveys and interviews.
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership.
• Track and compile collected data to demonstrate training effectiveness.
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
• Communicate training needs and online resources.
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
• Test and review created materials.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Facilitate new and existing Reps training, onboarding and re-tooling.
• Conduct training through new and existing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field.
• Prior experience in retail customer financial advisory role in a bank.
• Prior experience in coaching/mentoring financial advisory Reps.
• Certification from talent and training associations a plus (e.g. ACTA).
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Courseware Authoring Tools technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms is a plus (e.g. Articulate 360 and iSpring Suite).
• Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/business goals.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Organized and able to create multiple timelines and schedules.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent team collaboration and camaraderie skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
