At least 8 years of work experience with demonstrated track record of end-to-end venture building and business analysis
Past roles working in consulting to global enterprises or venture studios, ideally in a strategic or business modelling role
Experienced with market research, business model innovation and financial modelling, interviewing customers for market research and/or Voice of the Customer initiative
Support venture building leader to create disruptive new businesses
Train, coach and support teams to perform deep-dive qualitative and quantitative analysis into markets, industries, technologies and competitors, formulate and test business models and other quantitative analysis (e.g., financial modelling), customer interviews, storyboarding etc.
Support teams to frame and sort through their experiences. Facilitate daily/weekly roundups, eventually training team to run their own
Facilitate workshops and exercises that help establish team norms, and/or help advance the team towards their goals
Support business development activities
Manage internal pipeline and portfolio management tools and contribute to internal-facing reporting on ventures
Contribute to expanding the team’s network with relevant stakeholders and build key relationships with internal business areas
Support innovation activities, including venture building and design thinking programs, and contributing to thought leadership content.
Grow and maintain our internal tools and knowledge database

Familiarity and/or experienced with market research, business model innovation and financial modelling, interviewing customers for market research and/or Voice of the Customer initiatives
Exceptional people skills and the demonstrated ability to gain confidence, build rapport, and drive consensus with team members and partners
Execution oriented individual that understands and can apply lean startup thinking, manage complex projects, and run teams
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Outstanding business strategy and financial modelling skills with the ability to develop business plans and roadmaps at both a strategic and detailed level
