Business Function:

Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions - whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.Responsibilities: Support Group Head of Institutional Banking Group (IBG) in defining, communicating and executing IBG strategy Perform market research including macro trend assessment, market scoping and competitor analysis Partner with IBG market, segment and industry team to understand the business strategy, landscape, drivers and performance Organise and drive IBG-wide initiatives together with relevant Business Unit and Support Unit partners Lead in the business performance measurement of IBG through the Scorecard exercise Support IBG Group Head's internal and external engagements and presentations, and any ad-hoc tasks within the scope of IBG Strategy & Planning MIS reporting, including budgeting, forward-looking forecasting, close partnership with GFPA to support management reviews and disclosureRequirements: Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics preferred 10 years of relevant work experience.
