Location: Singapore, Singapore

The OJT can be assigned to perform the followings activities under supervision:

General maintenance activities like:

• Cleaning of the products being repaired.
• Performing re-programming of memory modules or SRUs and associated checking and labelling.
• Testing/Calibration of the products on ATE/Manual Benches.
• Identify defects in maintenance/test equipment and alerting a person in charge for corrective actions and any other maintenance related activities.

Administrative and other value added activities like:

• Recording of SRU part numbers and serial numbers for equipment in info system
• Manual recording of any test results
• Assist the technical specialist in maintaining proper housekeeping of the workshop and workbench.
• To assist in maintaining 5S in the workshop area
• Provide some training to new interns
• Write/improve and document work processes which can be helpful to future interns
• Help to ensure sufficient quantity of work processes forms to support the workshop operation like photocopying of documents such as Work Request form, Standard Exchange Form, Workshop reports, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
• Identifying and potential areas or ideas for improvement,
• Being assign temporarily to the shipping/receiving or repair administration dept to assist in any required work.
