Job Description

You will create a compelling CRM roadmap to develop our brands ecosystem, for maximising conversions, volume and profitability. 

You shall take ownership to enhance, plan, manage and execute long/short-term marketing initiatives and tactics for:
- maximising the existing databases (cross-selling of brands) and converting into new sales
- mid funnel marketing
- customer up-selling and cross-selling
- customer retention and loyalty
- referral programs, reward systems, loyalty systems
- growing our existing client databases
- increasing cross-database engagement across our many brands

You will:
- assess market needs, pain points and opportunities
- drive CRM integrations across our brands’ marketing channels
- identify consumer landscape and segments, monitor market trends, digital trends and competitors’ activities and provide insights to all stakeholders
- track and report performance and ROI
- communicate progress, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key metrics to all stakeholders

Requirements:
- Proven ability to drive results in multi-brand and growth marketing
- Substantial experience in marketing, preferably in digital, CRM and database marketing
- Ability to create your own structure and drive forward a clear agenda
- Ability to micromanage and mine existing business databases and effectively utilize them for marketing for creation of new sales
- Ability to manage all stakeholders, including relaying insights to all levels of seniority
- Degree in Business / Marketing preferred
- A creative problem solver and passionate marketing specialist
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
