CoDev | Azure/.NET Developer We are looking for someone who is an Intermediate/Senior Developer that is passionate about all facets of building code for the cloud using React/NET Core Full-Stack framework and eager to help build our platform and impact the business.Activities include:Building and maintaining React and NET Core based systems and utilizing cutting-edge technology to create innovative products. Knowledge of React, Typescript, the Azure Cloud environment, and CI/CD pipelines are some of the features we're looking for. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills and a desire to keep up to date with advances in front end development and Azure Cloud technologies and eager to learn and grow as we go. Your impact will be evident through your effective participation in the entire lifecycle of our software including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing and support of our products. You will work closely and collaborate with our internal product team, designers, clients, prospects, implementation partners, and personnel to envision and deliver the required functionality.

• Drive the design and implementation of highly scalable and available innovative solutions

• Build front end experiences that are delightful to use

• Participate in critical architecture design, advise and influence on strategic technical directions

• Work with fellow software engineers on software development best practices

• Creating/Helping working proof-of-concepts; Recommend new technologies to ensure solution scalability, maintainability, and quality

• Participate in Product discussions to advise on and influence the Product Roadmap

• Take ownership and responsibility for development initiatives and make them happen

• Contribute to the engineering process and culture, grow with, and influence the team

• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and co-workers

• Enhance and adhere to company development and business processes

• Manage cloud infrastructure as required

• Enhance our DevOps and DevSecOps capabilities

• Test the software products (primarily with test scripts and manual testing as required) to improve the product quality and company quality processes

• Write technical documentation and presentations

• Recommend improvements to existing software programs and processes as necessary

• Provide technical support to front line support staff, directly to customers as needed and collaborate with external API users

• Work diligently to protect the assets of the company and its customers

• Be part of the company's on-call rotation

• Lead a team of talented developers

• Mentor developers to improve their skills and advance their career

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in building and leading development of complex SaaS and/or cloud-based applications

• 3+ years delivering data solutions with Azure cloud technologies

• 3+ years developing front end applications

• Technical fluency; comfort discussing or diving deep on technology concepts, options and new opportunities with technical team members

• Ability to understand projects from the business and customer perspective and driven by delivering customer value and impact

• Desire to work and experiment with new technologies with a proven track record of quickly learning new technologies

• Ability to debug, analyze and profile existing code

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in agile development teams

• Open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism

• A supportive team member that will share knowledge and help the team grow

• Leadership skills that attract and inspire other great developers

DESIRED SKILLS

• Hands-on experience with infrastructure design and deployment utilizing Azure Cloud-PaaS cloud offerings for the implementation of data pipelines and event/messaging tools (Power BI, App Services, Azure SQL, Function/Logic Apps, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Virtual Machines, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Service Bus)

• Familiarity with any of the following would be distinct advantage: Azure Storage, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Search, Azure Databricks and Open Source technologies such Apache Spark, Atlas, Hadoop, NoSQL, Kafka

• Good DevOps process automation skills utilizing ARM templates, Bicep, and PowerShell, GitHub automation, Azure Pipelines

• Experience and in-depth understanding of React and NET Core and the process to build a Full-Stack applications (C#, React Components, React Context, React Hooks), great knowledge of Visual Studio, VSCode, Postman is required.

• Experience and understanding of Bulma, Gatsby, Bootstrap and other FrontEnd technologies and tools (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, Redux, Monorepos)

• Implementation experience in public cloud container services (AKS, EKS, GKE), Contentful and HubSpot CMS/Suite is a plus

• Azure Certification individual are very welcome
