B2b Sales Executive

Job Description


As a B2B Sales Development Executive you will receive training by us. A development pathway for the right candidates will be implemented with opportunities into performance consulting, coaching, facilitation and world recognised trainer development. Additional Duties:

  • Prospect new clients and uncover leads within various networks
  • Maintain client relationships and strategic prospecting
  • Follow through on internally generated leads in a proficient and professional timeframe
  • Meet with decision makers to uncover and identify organisational needs
  • Effectively utilise Salesforce (CRM) to record and monitor all prospecting and sales activities
  • Investigate and develop a portfolio of clients
  • Ongoing account management and relationship management
  • Attending business meetings, and promoting the product through effective marketing
  • Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business Management
  • A passion for helping others succeed
  • A keen goal getter with a drive to achieving set targets
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to be coached
  • A team player willing to help out and support others where needed
  • Join local associations, groups and/or events to uncover pipeline opportunities
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems and internet functionality and use
  • Strong people and relationship skills
  • A hunter personality, who is keen to open new doors
  • Ability to maintain long term relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-managed
Compensation:
  • Retainer plus commission and bonus structure
  • First year earnings typically range from $80-$90K plus bonuses
  • Second year earnings potential from $125-$150K plus bonuses
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Commission Salary: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday

Education:
  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
