Salt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as the B2B Sales Manager, this is a 12 month contract role with one of the well-known consulting client.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, proactively identifying and engaging potential clients
Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding clients' business challenges and demonstrating how to address their specific needs.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)
Serve as a lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client service
Maintain a robust and dynamic sales pipeline, consistently adding new prospects, advancing deals, and ensuring a healthy conversion to meet company objectives
Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges, and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership
Proactively identify cross/-sell/up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets
