The Job
- Prospecting and engaging merchants through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels.
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria, including merchant profile, operational readiness, and interest in reservation or SaaS tools.
- Booking and scheduling sales meetings for the outbound sales team, ensuring briefing sheets are accurately filled out with key context and data points.
- Managing and updating lead records within CRM tools (e.g. Streak, Salesforce), maintaining a clean and up-to-date pipeline.
- Collaborating closely with the Merchant Sales Team to align on lead quality, feedback loops, and meeting outcomes.
- Maintaining daily/weekly reporting on outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion success rates.
