Job Description


  • Call to fix appointments with external stakeholders
  • Manage schedule of various stakeholders
  • Follow up on cancellation and rescheduling of appointments
  • Follow up with the appointment outcome and indicate in system
  • Good working etiquette
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager
