Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs using

Java (Spring Boot)

or

Go

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, DevOps, Product) to develop and deploy new features. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across distributed systems. Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best software engineering practices. Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards. Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Participate in system design discussions and architecture planning. Continuously explore new technologies to improve system efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum

3 years of experience

in backend development with

Java (Spring Boot)

or

Go

. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines

Kubernetes
