Job Overview


As the Backend Lead of Fellou.ai , you will be responsible for the development and management of backend functions, supervise the workflow of backend products, and ensure the efficient operation and stability of the backend system.




Main Responsibilities


Develop and execute the development plan for backend functions, including feature design, database design, interface development, etc., to meet the business requirements of the product. Lead and manage the backend development team, conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and optimize performance to improve the quality and performance of the backend system. Supervise the workflow of backend products to ensure the smooth progress of each link and the accurate transmission of data. Collaborate closely with the frontend, operations, and other departments to solve problems during system integration and operation and ensure the stable operation of the system.


Qualifications


Have rich backend development experience, be familiar with multiple backend development technologies and frameworks, such as Python, Java, Node.js, etc. Have a successful track record of leading a backend development team, and be able to effectively manage project progress and quality. Be familiar with database design and optimization, and have good data processing and storage capabilities. * Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with different departments.
