• Salary up to $3000
• Monday to Friday; Office Hours
• Location: Tai Seng

Job Scope:

• Daily preparation and production of cookies and breads
• Handle heavy loading, mixing, packing of ingredients and finished product
• Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
• Pack baked goods for delivery timely
• Maintain inventory and storage in an organized manner
• Decorate and prepare garnishes for baked goods
• Prepare ingredients and food items accordingly to recipes
• Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
• Manage and maintain hygiene standards

Additional Information:

• At least 1 year experience in running a team and kitchen
• Possess food hygiene cert is advantageous
