Job Description
- $2300 - $2800
- 5.5 Days Work Week
- 8HR Per Day
- Location: Bukit Panjang
- Daily preparation and production of pastry
- Handle loading, mixing, packing of ingredients and finished product
- Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
- Pack baked goods for delivery timely
- Maintain inventory and storage in an organized manner
- Decorate and prepare garnishes for baked goods
- Prepare ingredients and food items accordingly to recipes
- Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
- Manage and maintain hygiene standards
- At least 1 year experience in pastry.
- Possess food hygiene cert is advantageous.
