• Position Title: Bakery Retail Assistant / Retail Assistant (Bakery Store)
• Working Location: City Square Mall, White Sands Mall, IMM, Chinatown Point, City Link Mall
• Working Hours: 6 days (2 shifts)
• Salary Package: Up to $1700 (including allowance + incentive + OT)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and display bakery items and products on the shelves and counters.
• Replenish and refill display counters with fresh stocks of bakery items.
• Monitor expiry dates and shelf lives of products.
• Responsible for operating the POS cash register, handling various types of payments and performing packing for customer purchases.
• Ensure compliance with all food & hygiene safety standards in the bakery shop.
• Answer queries from customers and assist in making recommendations according to customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
• Provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Assist with stock check.
• Maintain neat and systematic storing of products and perform daily housekeeping.
• Manage orders on FoodPanda, Grab Food, Deliveroo delivery apps.
• Prepare simple daily report.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required.
