Job Description

We are opening a pastry & gelato takeaway counter in Orchard Road and would require crew to help serve our customers and do simple food preparation.


Offer friendly and efficient service to customers Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system Pack orders accurately Provide recommendations to customers when needed Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly, simple baking is required (training is provided) Escalate customers' feedback to manager Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards May be deployed to work at other outlets/offsite events from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:


Applicants with no experience may apply Willing to learn and have a strong passion for desserts Able to work independently with minimum supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 5 day work week - may be scheduled to work on Saturdays, Sundays and PH * A valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage
