Description
Perform end to end duties for the appointed agency roles which include but not limited to the following:
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders on agency related matters
- Facilitate and attend conference calls, discussions and meetings
- Facilitate consent waiver requests
- Covenants monitoring and coordination
- Facilitate and monitor loan operational and administrative aspects as the facility agent
- Ensure all original agency and security agency documents are safekept and lodged
- Prepare timely and accurate internal and regulatory reports
- Initiate and participate in improvements and automation projects
- Take on ad-hoc or additional duties when assign
Requirements:
- Good knowledge and experience in handling loan agency transactions with client servicing and agency operation management preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to read agency legal documents with good understanding of duties and obligations of agency roles.
- Highly self-motivated, able to work independently and yet is a strong team player.
- Well organised, pro-active, meticulous and attentive to details.
- Able to multi-task, work under challenging situations to produce accurate and timely work.
- Willing to take challenges and additional responsibilities when assign.
- Good interpersonal, problem solving, adaptability and time management skills.
