Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Perform outbound calls to customers to verify that they have received the sms from client to activate/reprovision their digital token.
You will be professionally trained to build your knowledge in business banking products and services.
You are responsible in providing prompt support to the corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates
You are required to handle outbound calls on Corporate Internet Banking enquiries.
A good start if you are exploring a banking career as this position allows you to gain and in-depth knowledge of back office processes through working on complex customer issues and with the different stakeholders in the Bank.
Qualifications
You should preferably have a Diploma / equivalent.
Experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be advantageous
Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome to apply
A strong service mindset and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential
