- Location: Islandwide
- Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank) where suitable, for enhanced customers\' experience and journey.
- Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products, processes, and services so as to be able to suggest alternate banking solutions for customers where fitting.
- Assist in customers\' general enquiries
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Disciplined, mature and able to multi-task independently under pressure.
- Service-oriented with strong interest in developing a customer-focused career.
- Pleasant personality and able to work effectively in a team.
- Prior customer service experience would be an advantage.
