The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering with a leading Bank and we are looking for Digital Ambassadors.
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available at various locations in Singapore.
- Location: Central / North / East / West / South
- Fresh graduates are welcomed as training will be provided.
- Prior experience in Customer Service will be a plus.
- Comfortable with standing for long hours.
- Disciplined,mature and able to multi-task independently under pressure.
- Service-oriented with strong interest in developing a customer-focused career.
- Pleasant personality and able to work effectively in a team.
- Prior customer service experience would be an advantage.
- Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank) where suitable, for enhanced customers' experience and journey.
- Be familiar and proactively keeps up to date with latest banking products, processes, and services so as to be able to suggest alternate banking solutions for customers where fitting.
