Ensure efficient management and maintenance of all office facilities and M&E systems, minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
Foster positive relationships with building management and vendors, overseeing the timely execution of maintenance programs.
Supervise the annual or biannual renewal of maintenance contracts to prevent any gaps in coverage.
Swiftly identify and address defects within the office to mitigate potential hazards in a cost-effective manner.
Analyze feedback from internal stakeholders and develop action plans accordingly.
Recognize opportunities for office improvements that enhance workplace innovation, sustainability, and cost savings.
Serve as the primary emergency contact for building management, security systems, and stakeholders.
Keep digital screens up to date with posters and videos.
Manage key access and provide assistance with key-related matters.
Support the Finance department with asset tagging.
Ensure the timely allocation and updates of seating for new hires based on the floor plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or degree in Facilities Management/Property Management/Real Estate/Construction.
Experience in the banking industry.
Good communication skills.
Good team player and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of general MS Office products is required
