Loan Executive (Local Bank, East) Responsibilities: . Secured Loan Servicing Team . Gain knowledge and able to perform record creation and system updating in Bank's operating systems relating to Secured Loans. . Gain knowledge and process documentation check, loan disbursement, loan servicing activities, loan redemption, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans. . Perform UAT & LV for system enhancement/migration. . Communicate effectively, influence and negotiate with stakeholders to obtain required results, as the candidate needs to work with stakeholders of various levels. . Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately. . To highlight any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager/ Supervisor. . To ensure high quality level in services delivery Requirement: . Degree holder in Business and Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management or related disciplines preferred . Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial institutions, Credit Operations or Secured Loans .
