Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for daily IT operations, network maintenance, and infrastructure management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IT systems, network performance, and infrastructure in a timely manner. Manage and configure user accounts, permissions, and access privileges to maintain system security. Monitor and support network operations, applying foundational networking knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPN). Take rotation shift duties around the clock to ensure continuous monitoring and smooth operation of IT systems and networks. Provide professional input during IT audits and promptly address identified gaps. Deliver ad hoc solutions and recommendations as assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements

A passionate individual who is keen to learn and be able to perform professionally. Strong Understanding of basic networking concepts and hands-on operational skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Chinese speaking clients. Previous experience working with banks or other financial institutions is preferred. * Ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively in a team environment.
