Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement 3. Assist to handle enquiries/ escalation from Local Branches, Contact Centre and Business/Support Units 4. Assist to prepare and submit management/ statistical reports 5. Assist in any projects or ad-hoc initiatives/duties, as assigned. Skills / Requirement 1. Good Computer skills 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills 4. Able to work independently and in a team 5. Candidates with good performance will be cross trained and given opportunity to be exposed other areas/processes 6. Candidates with banking operations experience or with 2 or more years of relevant working experience will have an advantage.
