Job Description
The Opportunity
- Starts off as 9 months contract
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in payment operations or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of treasury and cash management services and related regulatory requirements
- Perform day-to-day payment operations tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize payment operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance automation.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and improve operational performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of automation solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Generate regular reports and analysis to track key performance metrics and identify trends.
